"I saw a bike on Facebook and Chantal (in the photo) responded to my message immediately at like 9pm on a Thursday. Instantly super helpful and open about everything. Went to go ahead with it, but unfortunately it sold before I was able to give final confirmation. Not their fault! Then they were again fantastic at finding an alternative, searching country wide. Curtis O was equally helpful and explained the entire process, and helped me secure my dream bike! Such a fantastic business platform.
